SMS consent
How you opt in to MyGiant text messages.
MyGiant sends account and service text messages: phone verification codes, weekly improvement call reminders, approval requests, and weekly result report notifications.
How you opt in
- Enter your mobile number in the free assessment form on the MyGiant trust page. The form tells you we will text a one-time verification code to that number.
- MyGiant texts you a 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code and tick the consent box. The box starts unchecked and the form cannot be submitted until you check it.
- Your phone is verified and MyGiant sets up your account.
What you agree to
This is the consent step as it appears on the live form after you enter your confirmation code.

Messages, opt out, and help
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from the SMS program at any time.
