Know What Done Looks Like

Done should not be a surprise. Giant helps you and your project partner talk about what a finished result looks like before work gets too far along. That may include a completed task, a working service, a shared report, or another simple sign you both understand. When done is clear, feedback becomes easier and fewer things get lost in translation. If the plan changes, you can update it together. Clear expectations help make a project feel fair for everyone.
